Wine Appreciation

WHAT WE DO

The aim of the Wine Group is to explore wines from many regions and countries, discussing the flavours and the way they are made ie from which sort of grapes. This year we have been looking at specific grape varieties, price and wines from different countries and regions (including those not necessarily famous for wine making).

We try to limit the cost to a maximum of £12.00 per bottle and to provide Wine Notes with each wine tasted, and endeavour to provide some food with the tasting appropriate to the wines being tasted.

WHEN & WHERE WE MEET

We meet at 12.00 Noon finishing no later than 3.00pm, on the second Thursday of each month in a member's home.
